STUDY ON THE WATER RESISTANCE OF THE GLASS FIBER REINFORCED MAGNESIUM OXYCHLORIDE

  • The water resistance of the magnesium oxychloride composite materials was studied with SEM, X ray diffraction analysis and the normal property test. Through the test of adding different modifiers, K 3(X·Y6) was selected as the best modifier. Its soft coefficient remains at 0.94 after the immersing in the water for three months. The modificatory mechanism was explored through modern techniques.
