COMPOSITES MODULES CALCULATED BY RANDOM FIBER DISTRIBUTION METHOD

Fibers are randomly arranged in a continuous fiber reinforced composite, and this affects its mechanical characteristics. This fact was investigated via numerical simulation; and some modules were calculated considering the fiber arrangement. Conclusions are drawn from the coarse calculation, and the tentative work shows the importance of considering the effect of fiber arrangement in micro mechanics of composite.
