ELECTRIC PROPERTIES AND APPLICATIONS OF CERAMIC POLYMER COMPOSITES

In this paper, the piezoelectric properties, dielectric properties, pyroelectric properties of some ceramic polymer composites and their applications are introduced. And the preparation process, electronic properties and potential applications of n SrTiO 3/p PAn heterojunction are also are reviewed.
