Processing is one of the most important aspects of metal matrix composites.The physical properties of carbon fibre reinforced silver and copper composites were measured to prove the effect of sintering processing on the properties of composites.The characteristic of short carbon fibre must be considered owing to the influence of carbon fibre on the sintering processing of composite.
