超疏水涂层耐久性研究进展

Research progress on durability of superhydrophobic coatings

  • 摘要: 超疏水涂层因其优异的防水和自清洁性能,在工业、电子、建筑等领域有广泛应用。然而,耐久性问题显著限制了其实际应用。为了提升超疏水涂层的耐久性,研究者提出了多种策略,如通过纳米颗粒和粘结剂优化、表面改性、复合材料应用和自修复等方法。本文系统综述了这些改进方法制备的超疏水涂层在磨损、腐蚀、热稳定性、抗紫外和抗菌等方面的耐久性表现及其应用前景,并对超疏水涂层在未来研究和实际应用中的发展方向和面临的挑战进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Superhydrophobic coating is widely used in industry, electronics, construction and other fields because of its excellent waterproof and self-cleaning properties. However, durability issues significantly limit its practical application. In order to improve the durability of the superhydrophobic coating, various strategies have been proposed, such as nanoparticle and binder optimization, surface modification, composite application, and self-healing methods. In this paper, the durability performance and application prospects of superhydrophobic coatings prepared by these improved methods in terms of wear, corrosion, thermal stability, UV resistance and antimicrobial resistance were reviewed. The development direction and challenges of superhydrophobic coatings in future research and practical applications were also prospected.
